"Details about the house:

The house is well furnished and close to the beach and town. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a really nice cottage area, where there is a short distance to the city as well as the beach and shopping opportunities. Classic in its expression and located in a beautiful summer house area. 

The cottage has three bedrooms with double beds in each room. There is a single bathroom and a bright and open kitchen/dining room in connection with the living room. The house is 88 square meters and the plot itself is 400 square meters. 

Furnishing:
The house is furnished with a focus on coziness and comfort. Cosy, bright kitchen with dishwasher. The furniture is comfortable furniture where you can easily imagine relaxing after a good trot. There is a lockable shed outside the house and there is a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoors:
From the kitchen and living room there is access to a nice large terrace and lawn, where you can fully enjoy the Danish summer weather. The house's location close to the center of Løkken and the North Sea means that you are very close to everything, and yet at a good distance from traffic and the noise of city life. There is of course garden furniture and a barbecue available. And Løkken town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, regardless of whether you want outdoor activities, wellness and pampering or peace and contemplation.
