Indoors, you'll find a well-appointed living room that invites communal and individual activities. From the cozy TV corner to the inviting reading area and practical desk space, the living room is designed to meet all needs. There is a lovely lounge area in the form of the sunroom, which opens onto the house's beautiful patio.

Kitchen space - a social center:
The kitchen and living room form a large and charming space that creates a perfect atmosphere for socializing while cooking and enjoying the indoors. The country-style kitchen is decorated with care and offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals together. At the end of the kitchen you'll find the dining area with seating for 6 people and a fantastic view of the garden through the French double doors. Access to the house is from the terrace, which leads you to a unique sun lounge on the left - a beautiful space with a free passage to the outdoor lounge area. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet.


Beautiful bedrooms:
The first floor, newly refurbished in 2023, offers a large room with 4 beds and a workspace, as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep. If you don't want to climb stairs, there is the option of 2 extra beds in the house's lovely sun lounge.

The cottage's outdoor area:
As you can see from the descriptions of the house's ground floor, the lovely patio is almost inviting inside, with access from both the dining room and the sunroom. This is no coincidence, as the secluded garden is a big plus.
The patio includes a dining and lounge area as well as a lawn. The garden is enclosed and secluded and ideal for relaxing, playing and sunbathing. With seating for 6 people in both the lounge and dining areas, you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. The garden also features a large gas barbecue and a refreshing outdoor shower for after a day at the beach, which is just 200 meters away.

Private parking and location:
On the left side of the house you will find the entrance to the garden, terrace and house behind the private parking lot. Kirkegade is super centrally located, just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy to explore the charming streets and alleys of Løkken. It is also possible to park on Kirkegade itself.

Smoking and youth groups are not allowed. A small dog of up to 15 kg is allowed. Remember to order any linen packages when booking.
